At KOZ-E living, we want to make sure your journey to a better night's sleep is as smooth as possible. We ship all our orders with care from our fulfillment center in Bemmel, Netherlands.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer different shipping options depending on where you are located:
- The Netherlands (Domestic):FREE shipping on all orders of €55.00 and up.For orders below €55.00, a small shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
- European Free Shipping Zone (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, and more):FREE shipping on orders of €765.00 and up.Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days.
- European Flat Rate Zone (Denmark, Croatia, Bulgaria, and more):Flat rate shipping fee: €25.00.Estimated delivery: 5-8 business days.
2. Order Processing
We know you're excited to start using your CoolSleep® mattress cooler. That’s why we process all orders quickly from our location at Nijverheidstraat 79, Bemmel. Most orders are handed over to our carriers within 24 hours.
3. Tracking your Order
Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to follow your shipment directly to your door.
4. International Shipping
We are proud to serve customers across Europe. If you don't see your country listed at checkout, please contact us at info@kozeliving.com, and we will see if we can arrange a custom shipment for you.
